Viele von uns sind wie ich schon mehrere Jahre bei Uta. Ich habe vor ihr durch meine Wohnortwechsel viele Yogis kennengelernt, auch sehr Gute. Aber jetzt würde ich nie mehr wechseln wollen. Mein Mann, Ausdauersportler aus Leidenschaft, besucht nun auch regelmäßig und sehr gern die Kurse.

Eine tolle Yogalehrerin. Jede Stunde ist anders, jede Stunde wird auf ein anderes Körperteil eingegangen. Prinzipiell werden vor jeder Stunde die Wehwehchen oder körperlichen Einschränkung abgefragt. Einfach toll. Aufgrund meines Umzuges habe ich andere, für mich näher gelegene Studios besucht. Nein, es kam keine Yogalehrerin an Uta heran. Danke Uta, Du tust mir, meinem Körper und meiner Seele gut. Du bist die Beste!!!! Jacqueline

In ruhiger Atmosphäre lernt hier jeder zu entspannen, sich zu bewegen und zu dehnen. Uta schenkt uns mit ihrem Yoga Ausgeglichenheit, Selbstbewusstsein und körperliche Fitness.

Yoga bei Uta ist Abschalten, Faszien dehnen, Kraft aufbauen. Wir gehen viele Jahre wöchentlich ins Studio in Hönow, ganz einfach, weil wir von Anfang an spürten, wie wir viel fitter wurden und nun nach Jahren auch sind, als andere Gleichaltrige. (Inzwischen sind wir 50 und 55 Jahre). Unser Alltag fällt uns leichter, als Anderen. Ohne unser Yoga können wir uns unseren Alltag nicht mehr vorstellen. Wir wissen auch, dass Uta uns als gelernte Physiotherapeutin so gut durch die Asanas führt, wie wir es in keinem Studio in der Umgebung erlebt haben. (Schnuppern ist ja erlaubt ;)). Die hohe Qualität in der Zusammenstellung der Flows bringt uns jede Woche die Abwechslung, die wir uns zu Hause gar nicht ausdenken könnten. Danke dafür.
