The way they treat visitors is incredibly rude, and some of the staff couldn’t care less about doing their jobs. I honestly don’t get how the employees still work there with an attitude like that.

Went there because I wanted a D-Ticket and my App wasn't working. It was really fast and Mr Wolf was very professional and polite. I'm very satisfied, especially after the terrible service I've gotten at the München Hbf Reisezentrum

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at the counter. In a moment of urgency- as a non-German speaker, visually impaired, and about to miss my train- I asked a staff member for a simple piece of information regarding directions. My request would have taken only a few seconds to answer, yet I was instructed to join the entire queue, even though I was not certain that I had approached the correct desk in the first place. What added to my distress was being told that my speaking was disturbing and that I was making too much noise. It is difficult to understand how a question can be fully asked without speaking. Eventually, a kind passer-by outside directed me to the correct information counter which was located immediately nearby. I fully acknowledge that bypassing the queue may have caused inconvenience to others. However, given my visual impairment and the language barrier, my sole intention was to obtain quick redirection. The staff member, however, failed to act with professional responsibility and ended up completely ignoring me. Absolutly disgusting. I have 2 different train options to get to work and back, Of which in the last 2 months 80%! YES 80% have either been cancelled or late or just never showed up. This is absolutly disgusting fix your awful system. P.S im sitting here right now writing this because guess what? The DB decided to cancel my train 5 minutes before it should arrive even though there is no issues with the tracks nothing just pure laziness and awful performance. Thank DB here is to another missed appointment on you.
