Drei Geldautomaten am Petersweg Parkhaus ausprobiert – keiner hat richtig funktioniert. Und das schon seit mehreren Monaten. Sehr ärgerlich.

Würde wenn möglich Minussterne geben. Einige Busfahrer der Stadtbusse sind die unmenschlichsten Mitarbeiter überhaupt. Der Bus steht 3m nach der Bushaltestelle an einer roten Ampel. Da kommen noch zwei Schulkinder und wollen mitfahren. Leider hat der arrogante Busfahrer es nicht für nötig gehalten nochmal aufzumachen. Wie unmenschlich kann man bitte sein?

Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben. Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und nutzen die Monopolstellung der Stadtwerke aus um Kunden zu demonstrieren, wer am längeren Hebel sitzt. Hier speziell die Abteilung für Hausanschlüsse in Regensburg und mit besonderer Betonung die in Schwandorf. In der Freien Marktwirtschaft wären diese Personen arbeitsuchend. Evtl. liest das hier der/die richtige Person und sorgt dort einmal für Ordnung.

Sie können sich so oft umbenennen wie Sie möchten! Das Chaos bleibt! Bus vom Köwecenter heute 17:17 kommt einfach nicht! Immer schön die Preise erhöhen und den Service senken. Bravo! Ich bin für eine Regelung wie bei der Bahn. Anschluß verpasst dann tragen Sie die Kosten.

Habe am 30.5.19 bei einem Länderspiel auf einem Parkplatz der Arena geparkt. Ticketautomat auf meinem Parkfeld war defekt, eine riesige Warteschlange vor dem defekten Automaten hatte sich gebildet. Natürlich habe ich ein Foto des defekten Automaten gemacht. Die Aufschrift lautete: "Außer Betrieb. Nächsten Automaten benutzen." Ein Parkeinweiser gab uns die Auskunft, dass die Arena über den defekten Automaten Bescheid wüsste, und wir nicht zum Automaten eines anderen Parkfeldes gehen müssten - schließlich sei es ja nicht für unser Parkfeld, sondern für ein anderes. Zurück vom Spiel war eine Zahlungsaufforderung von 25€ am Auto. Ich beschwerte mich und verwies auf den defekten Automaten, auch über die Info des Mitarbeiters. Die Auskunft: Der Automat sei an diesem Tag intakt gewesen und aufgrund dessen müsste ich zahlen. Dann schickte ich das Foto als Nachweis. Aber nun kam die Antwort, dass auf dem Automaten stand, dass der nächste Automat zu nutzen sei und, dass ich nicht beweisen kann, an welchem Tag das Foto aufgenommen wurde und auch nicht, dass es sich explizit um diesen Automaten gehandelt hat und des weiteren bräuchte ich nicht auf ein angebliches Gespräch mit einem Mitarbeiter
