Die Ausgabe von DHL Produkten, einfach nur schrecklich. Personal echt gruselig. Sie machen keine Fehler nur DHL macht diese, dabei hat mir DHL mehrmals bestätigt, daß das Paket bereits seit Freitag 10.45 dort vorrätig war und ich gegen 14.45 des Tages dort eingetrudelt bin, aber nichts bekommen habe. Samstag sogar noch mal eine DHL-Erinnerung erhalten. Machen sich in dem Kaufhaus offensichtlich einen Spaß daraus behinderte Menschen mehrmals antanzten zu lassen. Montag hab ich es dann bekommen.

Gestern, 4.4.23, waren die Jungs und Tanja von Sozialkaufhaus bei mir, um noch viele Sachen abzuholen, die ich immer haben wollte aber kaum bis nie genutzt habe. Man kann nicht alle glücklich machen, aber ein Großteil der Sachen erfreut jetzt oder demnächst bestimmt andere Menschen, die es zu schätzen wissen. Einen ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank an Tanja und Mannschaft. Ihr seid wirklich nett, Respekt, dass es sowas heute noch gibt. Immer ein paar nette Worte auf den Lippen obwohl die Zeit drängt! Bitte bleibt so und laßt euch nicht verbiegen. Ihr seid wahre Lichtblicke! Dankeschön!!!

Mitarbeiter sind teilweise frech und unverschämt. Kommen sich vor, als ob sie die Geschäftsführung eines Grossunternehmens sind. Erhöhte Preise, was für ein Sozialkaufhaus unverschämt sind. Gute Sachen die man Spenden will sind nicht gut genug oder soll es zum Müll bringen. Wie unverschämt und dreist. Seitdem das Unternehmen in der Roedernallee ist, tiefer Fall. Die Mitarbeitet machen den Laden kaputt. Sehr schade.

Eigentlich 0 von 5 Sternen für dreiste Angebote. Leider habe ich Persönlich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, mit einer Wohnungsauflösung meiner verstorbenen Mutter. Ich wollte dem Sozialkaufhaus die guten Sachen und Möbel schenken um Sozial schwachen Menschen zu helfen. Man kommt sich bei Fragen vor Ort wie ein Bittsteller vor und muss mehrmals nach Kostenvoranschlägen bitten. Nach einer Besichtigung der Wohnung von 3 Mitarbeitern, wurden einige Sachen zur Auswahl gestellt und sollten verrechnet werden mit der Wohnungsauflösung. Stundenlohn sollte pro Arbeiter 20 €, die BSR nimmt 15 € dann wurde mir gesagt, das man nun doch nicht so viel von den Sachen möchte und es wird alles gemeinsam vollzogen. Bei einer persönlichen Nachfrage vor Ort, wurden mir mehrere Wohnungen gezeigt die nicht zu mir gehörten. Endlich nach einer Lagen Wartezeit und hin und her, sollte ich dann 2600 € + % bezahlen für die Auflösung mit Bonus der geschenkten Gegenstände. Davon alleine sollten angeblich 1100 € für ein Müllcontainer sein, worüber man nur lachen kann, das Telefongespräch hatten einige Personen noch im Auto über Freisprechanlage mitbekommen, weil wir von der Beerdigung gekommen sind. They are opened till13:45 on Saturday , but here it says open till 15 , it was very disappointing to come to closed doors especially because I don’t live close by .
