By far the worst appartement that I've stayed.. 140 €/night for an appartement in the basement, very cold despite the heating. The next morning every one of us had a backpain. There were a filter coffeemaker but no coffee. Instead there were capsules for an espresso machine but there weren't any espresso machine! Is this a kind of joke? The only positive is that's close to a metro station and approximately 30min waking from Marienplatz. Worst sleep of my life.

After a great 2 week stay in Alex's New York apartment, we think this is a super rental. Spacious, clean, all amenities advertised, clear instructions, helpful information and local map, quiet neighborhood with groceries and nearby pizza etc., fans in bedrooms. We had a great time in Munich, thanks to the centrally located and well appointed appartment. Alex' communication before, during and after the stay has been excellent, his directions very helpful. Bakery, butcher shop, groceries, laundromat are all a short walking distance away. Buses and U-Bahn as well. For the first two days we had a car and were concerned about parking our car, but always found a free spot around the corner. Again, Alex' tips were very valuable.

Good quality accommodation - comfortable and warm in the middle of winter. Enough room for 6 people with well equipped kitchen/diner. Situated very conveniently for public transport, restaurants and a supermarket. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Owner very helpful.

A quiet, warm, well-equipped flat in a good location for visitors to Munich. Public transport - both subway and bus - is only 30 yards from the front door yet the flat is untroubled by street noise, being at the back of the building. Plenty of restaurants closeby and a small supermarket takes care of everything else. A warm welcome from the owner and certainly on the list of places to stay when I revisit Munich.
