München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Very nice haircut

Cri 7 months ago

Definitely the worst haircut experience of my life. The staff is not at all polite and quite brusque. I felt like a sheep waiting to be sheared. The cut was very quick and sloppy; I even got my hair washed, but it wasn't dried properly. Finally, I couldn't pay by card because they don't accept electronic payments. I wasn't given a receipt, and I paid more than the prices advertised online. The online price list says a haircut, shampoo, and blow-dry cost 17 euros, while they asked me for 21. If this is the way you're treated just because it's a cheap barbershop, you'd better look elsewhere.

The man was really kind, I didn't know if he would be able to do modern fades, but I showed him a photo and he surprised me with a great cut. I also asked him not to cut to much on the upper side and he made exactly what I asked him. Nice service, nice man.

If you value a fast, no-frills service that is focused on what needs to be done, with flexibility on your appointment, you'll be pleased. If you're looking for all the bells and whistles (extra washing, styling, cleanliness, massage, coffee and banter) that you'd get at a way more expensive service, you'll be disappointed. In a time of need, it was a good service for what I needed!
