Power Vinyasa bei Sarah ist der beste Yogakurs, bei dem ich bisher war. Es ist für mich die perfekte Mischung aus Anstrengung und innerer Entspannung in einer echten Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Erklärungen von Sarah sind super verständlich und sie bietet jeweils Varianten mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden an. Mit ihrer motivierenden, offenen und herzlichen Art fällt es leicht die Übungen in der für eine selbst optimalen Intensität und Schwierigkeit auszuführen.

Ich fühle mich bei Sarah's Yogastunden super wohl. Die Atmosphäre vor Ort ist mega angenehm und entspannt. Da ich aber eine längere Anfahrt habe, mache ich genauso gerne online mit. Die Übungen werden von Sarah total verständlich angeleitet und ihre positive, angenehme Stimme sorgt dafür, dass man auch zu Hause die Wohlfühlatmosphäre spürt. Absolute Herzensempfehlung.

Die Yoga-Stunden sind sehr angenehm und professionell angeleitet. Sarah erklärt die Übungen super verständlich und schafft eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnte richtig abschalten.

Super Yogastunde mit Sarah! Tolles Angebot und auch als Anfängerin fühlt mich sich gut abgeholt, da sie auch immer verschiedene Varianten der Yogastellungen anbietet, um sich individuell zu entwickeln.
