Coworking Space bei Silbury

Coworking Space bei Silbury is a coworking in Fürth, Bayern. It is listed at Fichtenstraße 20, 90763 Fürth, which places it among the local businesses of Fürth that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Fürth keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The listed phone number is 0911 21543130. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak.

It does not have a Google rating yet. That is common for new or small businesses and says nothing about quality; if you visit, leaving a review helps the next person who is weighing up the same choice.

Fürth is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Fürth is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
