Last Friday I went to Corelab Munich and had an amazing class with Jules. That was the core & lower body class which I highly recommend. It killed me! I will of course come back again 🤩🤩

The studio is very easy to find, and everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The spaces are very atmospheric and aesthetic, really beautiful and Instagram-worthy🤩 The classes themselves are amazing. Juliana, the Pilates instructor, explains everything very clearly and makes the sessions very easy to follow. She has a great sense of humor, jokes during the workout, and creates a really relaxed and positive atmosphere. You never really focus on how hard the training is- you just enjoy the process. Overall, it’s a wonderful Pilates studio experience✨✨✨❤️

Recently I have taken multiple classes at Core Lab instructed by the same instructor… Juliana, she was incredible! The workout incorporated the perfect mix of clear instructions, in depth explanations, all without losing the rhythm or flow of the workout. As a professional athlete training daily, this class was engaging all muscles groups of the body and we did many exercises. I wouldn’t not have constructed the class any differently. She also had incredible time management skills during the sessions. The facilities were great. Thank you Core Lab and an even bigger thank you to the wonderful instructor Juliana. She really is one of a kind.

I joined Nathalie's class for my first experience with Reformer Pilates ever and absolutely loved it! Nathalie managed to guide us through a truly challenging session with such amazing energy and expertise, all while making sure we feel seen and supported all the way, it was honestly incredible. I walked out with every single muscle in my body shaking and will definitely return as soon as possible! ✨️

I’ll be honest… as a man I was a bit skeptical before my first reformer Pilates class. It’s often seen as more of a “female” workout and I didn’t really know what to expect. I only tried it because I know the instructor personally… (Nathalie) and wow!!! It completely blew my mind 🤯 The workout is incredibly challenging, precise and humbling in the best way. Muscles I didn’t even know I had were working and the focus on control is next level. I walked out feeling stronger, more aligned and honestly impressed. If you’re a guy on the fence: don’t overthink it. This is real training. Highly recommend giving it a go. You might be surprised like I was. #NewCoreLabFan!!
