Terrible customer service. The person working there looked completely exhausted and uninterested in helping anyone. Worse yet, they were extremely bad-tempered and even used rude, foul language when I asked a simple question about my prints. Very unprofessional. Save your time and go somewhere else."

Worst experience I ever had. I just wanted to print small book and 1 sheet of paper but it took almost hour and a half because worker lady said she will not help me, another worker helped me because I almost started to beg. I do not know the language so I could not push the buttons right way. I hope this information help to foreigners and they will print everything they need in another place. Last worker literally pushed 3 buttons and printed it🫠. If it is their rule it is ok, but I believe everyone should know it right before they come here

I printed my Master's Thesis here. They are very kind. Just carried a pendrive, and within 30 minutes I had 2 copies and CDs ready. The prices are just perfect. Most importantly, they speak English. I highly recommend this place for printing works.

So kind people and great service.. Fair prices and good quality. Enough computers and printers for all. I have been there already so often and had never to wait a long time to copy my stuff. Had never any problem with anything. So good job 👏🏼

This is the best copy shop in Koln. They provide highly professional services and are an absolute pleasure to deal with time and time again. They really do go above and beyond, even helping out with design work when a project needs a bit of help to take it to the next level. Highly recommend.
