The parking lot has a very large space, making it less likely to get a scratch or bump. The "Ausfahrt" turn requires special attention every time, reminding me to keep practicing with maneuvers. The last turn, to insert the ticket, is not possible without cutting off incoming vehicles, which reminds me that we need to be patient. The odor of someone's urine near the stairs up parking lot at P3 is very strong, reminding me that my body odor smell good. The elevator is broken, so we can be healthy with stairs exercise. The lot has a lamp that helps us find parking easier. The parking lot doesn't let us in when it's full, which is quite fair. The price was 4.5€ per hour, which reminds me that a Berliner cost 30-50 cents 17 years ago, and now it's 1.46€.

Door at the main street was broken. Lots of people look for another door. Finally we found the door But the elevator is doesn't work. Everyone need to carry luggage in stairs. In front of car exit sit a homeless pearson and it was really dangerous. Köln was a really good city but I'll never visit this parklplace. It was terrible.

We didn’t feel safe in the parking garage due to drug addicts hanging around. There were used needles lying around, blood on the ground, and the smell was overwhelming. It’s a real shame, because this experience has made us decide not to come back — not just to this place, but possibly not to Cologne at all because of all these addicts

Good location, but very narrow inter-floor entrances. Prices are high for those, who don’t have a p-card (it’s you if you’re a tourist). Also had some troubles getting inside afterwards - the ticket wouldn’t open the door.

One of the best (maybe the best) parking space in the city. It is located in a very good spot, it is wide, clean, new and does not smell bad. The prices are ok if you have Pcard (1,80/hour), if you do not, the prices are pretty high.
