Since there is no option to give zero stars, I am forced to give this garage one star. The location is excellent, and the automated license plate recognition and gate system work well. When I saw the parking rates, I initially didn't want to enter, but there were cars and pedestrians behind me. Out of basic decency and social responsibility, I decided to pull in and pull right back out to avoid causing a traffic jam. However, it is clear that this garage lacks the same sense of social responsibility. I stayed inside for less than a minute, yet they charged me a ridiculous fee of 6.50 euros. When I tried to contact their staff, the woman on the other end literally yelled at me to back up and pay the fee, or she wouldn’t open the gate. To sum it up: do not show any consideration or moral judgment in this parking garage. They clearly have no respect for anyone else.

You want to park close to the square and money is no object, this it. If you grew up in Philly in the 80s and 90s and attended games at Veterans Stadium and want an odor of what it smelled like back then, here's your chance. Actually Vet stadium smelled better than this. As soon as you open the door to your car on sub level 2 you are hit with a strong odor of urine. But wait there is more, as soon as I opened the door to the sprial staircase to get out there was a massive dump in the middle of the floor. Seriously, whoever you are please make a Dr. appointment and get checked out. I'd stick with a sedan or small SUV going in here. It's tight quarters. Good times!

Terrible. I was parked in the 2nd floor, it was so dirty i cant explain and stinks like piss. Also to mention it was 6€ per hour. And also there is no lift for baby stroller.

It's hard to maneuver, and due to some confusing signs, it is not so easy to find space. For 1.5 hours, we paid 9 euro. Only advantage - it's a very good location so you can get easily to the city center.

Pros: prime location. You get out of the parking lot and within a few yards you can reach the central square - Marienplatz Cons: Due to lack of space it's difficult to manoeuvre slightly bigger cars in the narrow lanes and in the parking spot. Recommendation: clear signs for exit and stairs.
