Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I can confirm all bad reviews, I was waiting 3 months for a replacement of my lost EC card, customer service doesn't exist there, the new app is a complete disaster, you can't even go through the set up as it is not working, avoid at all cost. I can't wait to close my account there, I am just waiting for the last money transfer.

One of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. In today’s world, they still expect you to speak German on the phone, and that’s not even the main issue. To open the account, I had to invest €500. But when you try to get your money back, it becomes almost impossible. I’ve contacted customer support countless times, both in German and English. I’ve tried calling as well, but no one seems able to help. My advice: think twice before getting involved with this bank.

Avoid at all costs. I will be changing banks. App broke and I have no access to my account for a week. I tried to call the hotline for help, and they blocked my account and asked me to turn in paper forms. They then said the forms were insufficient, and asked for further verification. Now the telephone service is not answering.

Disappointing and Outdated Service I recently had the unfortunate experience of receiving incredibly poor customer service from my Consorsbank, which has left me with no choice but to cancel all my accounts after seven years of being a loyal customer. Here’s what happened: After my luggage and backpack were stolen, I discovered that the thief had made a transaction of 939€ on my Visa Gold card. Despite never confirming the order, the transaction was approved. When I reached out to the bank’s customer service for help, I was repeatedly told that I had confirmed the order, which was simply not true. I could even prove that at the time the transaction was made, I was sitting in a police station filing a report, devastated and in tears. Yet, instead of offering assistance or even the slightest bit of empathy, the customer service team continued to blame me for the situation. They refused to acknowledge my police report as proof and showed no interest in helping me resolve the issue. The tone of their communication was dismissive and accusatory, which only added to the distress of an already traumatic situation. What makes this even more frustrating is that it wasn’t the bank that f

Worst bank ever! My boyfriend lost his card since September 2022 and they have not sent a replacement card. However, they have already charged him. Then they decided to close his account without any reason in November 2022. Not only has he not receive his balance payment, he also did not receive the refund for the replacement card which he never got. It’s already February 2023 and still no news. They do not reply to emails nor answer the phone. They are one bank who do not want business.
