Before dealing with a financial business, compare rates from more than one provider, read the product documents and confirm what you need to bring; for most transactions that means photo ID, proof of address and, for loans, your Schufa record. München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Worst customer service ever. I came with a simple online banking question. The bank service clerk with whom I spoke claimed they had two minutes to handle my case. Even though I saw customers before my turn being there for at least 5 minutes. Then I was sent to waiting area. I asked how long can it take. The clerk said I do not know I cannot predict the future . Overall no customer obsession at all and very not polite personnel. Not even speaking about solving my issue. I just got a number for general service line.

I had a very positive experience opening my bank account at Commerzbank. The whole process was smooth and well organized. Herr Syla was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire appointment. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend this branch.

It was fun and easy opening my account there. Lilia Rufa helped me with the whole procedure and explained everything I needed to know. She went beyond her way to explain stuff about Germany and what I needed to be informed about as a fresher in the country.
