Most the mornings between 6 to 7 am. The main door downstairs is locked. We have to wait till someone comes out. Always been there waiting with 2-3 more people. 2 times I decided to go back home as it was too much waiting. Hopefully this gets the attention and we have some support here.

Not that busy, machines are modern and there is a lot of Space. They could vacuum a little more often, womans area sometimes has dust and hairs. But Overall great.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to in Munich. The equipment is modern, everything is organized properly, and the whole place feels fresh and clean all the time. You can really tell the staff cares about maintaining high standards. Big respect to Ara as well, super friendly guy, always smiling and making members feel comfortable. Customer service here is honestly top level. The vibe in the gym is great too, people are motivated but still very respectful and welcoming. Definitely recommend Clever Fit München Giesing to anyone serious about fitness or even just starting out!

Absolutely love training at Clever Fit München-Giesing! The gym is always super clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is amazing , everyone is friendly and respectful, which makes working out here even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ara, he is such a nice and friendly person, always welcoming and helpful with a positive attitude. The entire staff is perfect: professional, supportive, and always ready to help whenever needed. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train in Munich!

I attempted to cancel my contract ‘cause I was going on a two-month vacation to my home country: 1) I went in person in February, but they refused to process the cancellation face-to-face; the employee provided me with an incorrect email address, and my request was never processed. 2) In March, I requested the cancellation once again, but they cancelled a different membership—one that was not mine. 3) I tried again; they finally cancelled it effective at the end of May, but they left me with an outstanding balance corresponding to the previous two months, effectively forcing me to pay for their mistakes. It is frustrating and exhausting that the staff refuses to acknowledge their errors. Cleverfit should understand that the service provided must always be considered just as important as customer support :)
