The driver came earlier than agreed and then kept telling me that we should hurry as he has another order!!..we have agreed that the ride will be at 3:30 am, he called me at 3:27 and it took me 5minutes to go down with my bags, so i met him at 3:32, so if there was a waiting time, in all cases I am charged for it, i was at the Bahnhof at 3:45 am... also, I asked him to help me with the travel suitcase (as my hand is broken), he carried it from the luggage strap rather than the handle (so it was about to be broken), and then he commented:" it is very heavy, are you carrying a bomb inside?!"... I wish they employ more decent drivers!, And I wish that as a company, they respect their customers more than this way!
