Very rude sales person. I came in with a prescription and asked if the medicine is available by a Spanish pharma producer. The sales person made fun and said we can't import things from foreign countries. She was trying to act smart in a very rude way. Obviously Spain is a European country and every pharmacy sells products made by companies with favorites in other countries such as italy or the USA. And then she claimed and said: what we have is already very cheap I can't just import something for you from Spain for 5 euros. It's ridiculous to hear this from an employee. My question as a customer was legit. Please train your staff to just answer without making fun and insulting.

This is just a heads-up for other visitors. The customer in front of me was overcharged by the same elderly lady staff member, and the same thing happened to me. It seemed like she was aware the amount wasn’t quite right and was relying on the fact that many tourists don’t bother to question it. I didn’t want to argue as well, but I’d strongly recommend that others check their bill carefully. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this in Germany. Falls das Management diese Bewertung sieht, wäre es sinnvoll, den Vorgang intern zu prüfen.

My friend and I were not feeling well, and the extremely nice staff member helped us choose the right medicine to take. She spoke perfect English and was able to communicate our options to us very well. Thank you so much for helping us tourists!

Totally rude and unreasonable manager... I brought 2 medication..but one of them I didn't need so after 2 hr I went back there to return... But they didn’t accept it...It was a lot of money, I requested them but the manager was extremely rude and refeuged me.

I went into the pharmacy for a herniated disc pain. When I entered the pharmacy, an old woman who I thought was a pharmacist looked at me with such a degrading attitude and asked me what I wanted harshly. Since I could not express the pain of herniated disc in German or English, I told her that I wanted to write it on Google, the woman was still looking at me degradingly. I was very uncomfortable, I actually wanted to leave the pharmacy but I didn't. She read the statement I wrote on Google and said it wasn't here and sent me away, in fact, there must be a medicine for the pain in the pharmacy but she didn't want to help. She said there was no medicine. This kind of discrimination is not nice in a touristic area, the woman did everything not to help. If this woman doesn't want to see foreigners around her and is going to treat tourists like this, why would she run or work in a pharmacy in a touristic area? I still can't forget the woman's look. However, I only wanted to ask about a medicine.
