Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I had an excellent experience buying my car from this dealership. The staff especially Mr Gerhardt was professional, friendly, and honest throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured. The car was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this place. Apart from the fact the brand new car I got from them had issues from the beginning, the worst feature is the (lack of) customer service. I know Germany is in the Middle Ages with regards to this , a visit to Stellantis will throw you to the depths of that feature. You will encounter a reluctance to speak English ('no, we don't. We're in Germany, we speak Deutsch'), even if some staff actually can. The ladies at the front desk (fake lashes and pumped lips galore) barely make you the favour to deal with you, after they've finished their calls ignoring you, throw your keys at you and do not have the basics of human, courteous communication skills , never mind customer service. In short, avoid like the plague, especially if you're an international client, you won't be welcome here.

A big thank you to Mr. Fochler at Citroën. he handled my case with great professionalism and patience. He is very friendly and also speaks English which is a big bonus. He went above and beyond to help me get the car fixed and I couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the service I got.

I am interested in one of the cars on offer but my German is not good enough to understand the contractual terms and conditions. I have asked for a version of the contract in a format that is machine translatable (for example pdf), instead of the scanned document. The salesman advised that this isn’t possible - surely the system will be able to generate a blank template that can be fed into a translation software.

We had some reservations initially, but we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received. The appointment was arranged at short notice to ensure we could depart on time for our vacation. Our customer service colleague was highly attentive, providing comprehensive explanations throughout the process, including an inspection. Our car was washed on the day we picked it up and was in excellent condition. We highly recommend this dealership.
