About CIAO JETË

COFFEE DEALER // CRÊPERIE // MINI PANCAKES // HOMEMADE CIABATTA & CAKES

Located at Plattnerstraße 4, 97070 Würzburg, CIAO JETË operates as a café serving Würzburg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 9:30 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach CIAO JETË on 0931 35835135; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is ciaojete.wordpress.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 270 reviews, which is a strong result for a café in Würzburg and suggests consistent service.

Würzburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We took a bruch there, Frühstückplatte for two people. The taste is not bad but I have to say the grapes we got were not very fresh and there were a couple that went bad already. I understand they were busy but service was too slow. Specially when I wanted to pay, they say I need to go to the counter, but then they just kept me waiting there while they were preparing the food at the counter and serving other table. If they knew they have to serve other guest first, why not telling me to wait at my table and then come to my table with bills stead of letting me wait. And last, as we didn't finish, I asked for a bag to take the rest of the croissant and bread, they only offer small bags that can't be even closed, so I didn't take it. I don't believe that they don't even have something for people who wants to buy cakes as take-away...

Tasty and homemade cheesecakes and other cake options. Tresleches was really light and amazing 😍 will come back again to try the other cakes.

The owner was a delight to speak to — beyond friendly and accommodating. The homemade cakes are delicious, and the coffee was also expertly-prepared. They could get away with charging more for the quality of what they serve, but the prices are refreshingly fair and reasonable.

The guy working the counter was super friendly and spoke perfect English. The Nutella latte was incredible and so were the crepes. Lots of good pastry options too
