An absolute gem right in the middle of Fürth! It's clear that these two brothers count Michelin stars as they fall asleep at night. The amouse bouche was quite the introduction. The first bite made my eyes open wide and think, this is already delicious and we have how many more courses... where do we go from here? I was not disappointed. It just kept getting better and better. The mackerel dish was a standout considering that I don't usually like fish. The acidity of the sauce with kombucha was a wonderful compliment to the fish. A kimchi sorbet palate cleanser was a surprise and delight. Delicious and it really put the chef's knife skills on display with the tiny bits of cucumber that the sorbet sat on. There was also a wonderful play on 'Kloß mit Soße'. True Asian and Fränkisch fusion. The Kloß was made of Kohlrabi and mushrooms and the crispy sesame outer layer was both inventive and a great textural experience. The suckling pig dish is an add-on not included in the set menu that I highly recommend. The paper thin crispy layer of fat on top and the succulent meat below... what more is there to say? One of the best restaurants in Fürth. The menu offers an incredible variety, and every dish is packed with rich, well-balanced flavors. As someone with extensive experience enjoying Asian cuisine, I was impressed by how Chung beautifully captures the essence of Asian flavors while adding a distinctive Franconian touch. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, you could tell it was made with passion and had a story to tell. The service was impeccable, with genuine attention to detail and a strong focus on making every guest feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience that I would highly recommend. Wishing the brothers all the success!

Excellent Restaurant! We loved all the food and the story for each of them. Michelin level restaurant! Definitely recommended for a fine dining experience. And the owners/chefs are super nice people who provide high level service.

I and my partner went last night for one of the Sunday special Dinners. It was absolutely fabulous. The food was masterfully prepared and presented. Service was impeccable. And the wine we had was delicious! Well done Chung!

We ate at Chung last night for the Chung Basic menu and had fantastic Korean Fried Chicken. Very cool decoration inside an excellent and friendly service. Could be the hidden gem of Fürth
