Frau Hundorf: Es ist absolut eine Frechheit, wie sie mit Ausländischen Kunden umgehen. Direkt (ca 1 Min)nach dem Kauf bemerkte meine Mutter einen Riesigen Fleck auf der Ware woraufhin sie es direkt reklamieren wollte. Die Angestellte Kassiererin wollte ihr ihr Geld nicht auszahlen, stattdessen wurde ihr ein Zettel in die Hand gedrückt welcher als „Gutschein“ fürs nächste mal zählt. Als ich sie auf das Handelsgesetzbuch und die Gewährleistungspflicht angesprochen habe, schrie sie mich an ich solle mich doch beim Chef in Neuburg beschweren… Werde diesen Laden nicht empfehlen, kaufe regelmäßig in Second Hand shops ein und habe total Verständnis dass die Artikel nicht neu sind und ggf. Flecken haben… aber der Ton und das Nichtbeachten des Reklamationsrechtes.. Diese Mitarbeiterin sollte dringend ermahnt werden wie sie mit Kunden mit Migrationshintergrund umgeht…

An sich ein toller kleiner Second Hand Laden, in dem man so manches Schnäppchen ergattern kann. Wenn da nicht die Öffnungszeiten wären... Leider nur ein paar Std am Tag auf, das ginge ja noch...aber ... ganz oft hängt ein Zettel an der Tür, dass heute oder die ganze Woche geschlossen ist. Auf der Internetseite leider nicht ersichtlich, so steht man vor verschlossenen Türen und wenn dann die Anfahrt weit war, ärgert man sich ...schade. Nachtrag: obenstehende Rezension hab ich vor 2 Jahren verfasst. Heute stand ich erneut vor verschlossenen Türen. Heute und morgen geschlossen. Passiert mir fast jedesmal. Echt schade

Bunt, selten, handgemacht u liebevoll - einfach einzigartig. Zudem gibt es dort foodsharing.... mega klasse!!!!!

Absolut saubere und einwandfreie Artikel. 👍👍 Besonders ist hervorzuheben, dass es sich um fast ausschließlich gute Marken handelt. Hab hier schon super Schnäppchen gemacht mit extrem teuren Brands. Sehr übersichtlich nach Farben sortiert und der Preis unschlagbar. Caritas und andere Secondhandshops sind sehr viel teurer. Die Verkäufer/innen herzlich ohne Ende. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Günstiger Bügelservice wird auch angeboten sowie süße Geschenkideen von den Werkstätten gefertigt. Da geht man immer wieder gerne hin!!!!!
