General feedback on our stay: -Pros: great location, good communication with hosts, very clean, well-equiped (towels, hair dryer, kitchen utentils, ...), comfortable beds, quiet location (only sometimes deliveries to Backöfele around 7am could be heard from rooma A8 and A9). - Cons: few artificial light (lamps), few electricity plugs. Specific feedback on apartment A8 Golden Olive: - Further pros: plenty of space for cloths and luggage, dishwasher, larger kitchen space and seating area. - Further cons: no electricity plugs in bedside tables, lack of general artificial light source in the room. Specific feedback on apartment A9 Autumn Flowers: - Further pros: large open wardrobe, wooden floor. - Further cons: no electricity plugs in bedside tables, bathroom plugs not well fitted and one of the bedside lamps does not work, bathroom mirror is placed too high. Specific feedback on apartment A11 Silver Palms: - Further pros: access to small courtyard, electricity plugs near bedside tables. - Further cons: electricity plug in kitchen area does not work. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay!

What is there to say: it is as advertised and as reviewed. Very stylish, very convenient location. Despite the restaurant downstairs still a quiet location (haven't heard much). I had the smallest studio (black butterfly) which is indeed not very large (the size of your typical hotel room, double bed + kitchenette + small bar to eat + small bathroom) but perfect for my stay.

Lovely apartments, I've stayed there several times. The price, quality, and especially location are outstanding. Additionally, the Restaurant next door Backoefele has the best Frankonian food, I was able to find. The bar downstairs is excellent, steaks are also great! They have gluten-free options in both locations, which was really a life-saver, especially since I wanted a schnitzel. I didn't have a noise issues, like others commented, yet on the other hand I did know there was a bar underneath. Only real criticism, setting the showers temperature can be a little finicky. The design of the spicket is a little odd, but it works anyways.

Christine and CHASE Apartments are fantastic! The location is literally in the middle of the old town and minutes from all the sites. The furnishings are clean and up to date, with plenty of storage to put belongings away. Would highly recommend-and don't worry about city noise, the only thing you hear on the top floor is bells from the churches and those sound lovely! Thanks again!

The apartment is located perfectly in the center not far from quite cheap parking spots as well as just few minutes to get everywhere in the city center. But the location itself doesn’t fit to rest of the stylish and Cousy apartment. Like it’s said in the description of the apartment it’s situated above a steakhouse/bar. So we checked out the opening hours of the bar on google in advance (6pm-1am) and planned the night out with friends until 1am. Looking forward to quiet night in the lovely bed after a long day, we got completely disappointed. The Bar didn’t close for at least another two hours as well as the sound volume fits more to a club then to a bar with a heavy bas. Unfortunately he lovely bed of the apartment on the first floor is directly situated above the bar. The rest of the beautiful and lovely apartment couldn’t make up with a sleepless night since the check-out in the next morning has already been at 11am.
