Beautiful park! My daughter absolutely loved it. There were lots of lights and displays — we got a little tired by the end, but it was still a wonderful experience.

We are guests at the Cavalluna Park for every year they have shows, and are always smitten. We love horses, art, light, but love their stories even more. A tip for the current show: Winterwünsche Land, when you buy the tickets, you also get to experience the Lumagica as they’re both happening in the same place😜 The ladies selling food(Fries🍟, sausages, etc) outside can be pretty rude😄.

We were there for the Lumagica and it was incredible! The park was all lid up some were even interactive where you could push a button and the lights changed or they made a sound. Others you could immerse your senses and smell things, feel things, touch things... I'm still in complete awe. They of course had toilets on site that were decently clean all the time. They also sold mulled wine and the alcohol free version (5€ Pfand on the beautiful glass mugs) right at the start so you could warm your hands and had a food stand with fries, curry sausage, fish buns, cheese filled sausages, a kind of meat shish kabob (Fleischaspies) and more different kinds of sausages, then you walked inside the barn where you could sit and also order drinks (more mulled wine etc, sparkling or still water, coke, spezi, Capri Sun,...). Soft drinks came in Lumagica plastic cups (3€ Pfand) they also sold Crepes inside filled with either Nutella, Kinder Chocolate or Cinnamon sugar. You could also buy Lumagica merch there as well as at the exit/entrance where they sold the mulled wine when you walked in. The whole park is semi-wheel chair accessible. It's flat and they did their best to put ramps everywhere

If your kid loves horses, well this is the place to go. The two play areas are really nice (a Trojan horse and an adventure house) but small so I image during busy times they would be carnage. The shows are nice and the performers and presenters really dig what they're doing. Some features are interactive, like the trick riding show and feeding the ponies. I suspect this place loses its atmosphere during the weekday because it's nice and quiet and major performances only run during the weekend. To some of the reviewers: I don't think it's fair to complain about parking charges in a review. Parking is expensive in Munich. The place sits right beside the Fröttmaning U-Bahn station. We biked there, which cost us nothing. There were no bicycle stands, but that didn't fill me with outrage!

The story was a little flat and but it tied the performances together, which certainly made up for it with amazing visuals and exciting stunts. Great for kids as well as adults, horse people as well as lovers of theater. The premium seats are rather expensive, but there are cheaper options where you still have a great view.
