Wir haben das Vorzelt Grönland mit einer Tiefe von 2,80 m gekauft und sind absolut zufrieden – sowohl mit dem Zelt selbst als auch mit dem Service. Alles lief unkompliziert und professionell ab. CampingCenter24 können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden dort jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Kompetenter, netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Sowas erlebt man nur noch selten. Wir haben ein Schutzdach für unseren Dauerstellplatz gesucht und sind hier definitiv nicht enttäuscht worden. Alle Fragen wurden im Vorfeld ohne Zögern beantwortet. Auch das Schutzdach selbst hat zu 100% überzeugt. Aufbau problemlos machbar und die Konstruktion ist super durchdacht

Wir hatten ein Hahn Nordkap Vorzelt bestellt. Lieferung und Abwicklung war unproblematisch. Zwei Stangen waren zu kurz, aber dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts. Ein fettes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an Herrn Thomas, der sehr schnell und professionell geholfen hat, so dass wir am nächsten Tag mit dem Aufbau weitermachen konnten. Man merkt, dass er für sein Geschäft lebt. Ein Tipp an alle, die das Vorzelt auch kaufen wollen.... Die mitgelieferte Anleitung und auch das Video liefern bestenfalls Anhaltspunkte, sind aber keine echte Hilfe. Angefangen damit, dass man die Stangen erstmal durchnumerieren muss und Einzelteile im Video und in der Anleitung bestenfalls schlecht erkennbar sind und viele Erläuterungen fehlen. Wir sind handwerklich keine Anfänger, sind aber an unsere Grenzen gekommen. Dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts, wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder hier bestellen.

Sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und schnell. Herr Thomas hat mir sehr bei der Lösung meines Problems geholfen und dabei aktiv mitgeholfen, die wirtschaftlichste Lösung für mich zu finden. Dafür vielen Dank. Kann das Campingcenter mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.
