Along the Rhine, and really next to it. With low water large sandy areas. However, the river is dangerous and probably dirty, so no swimming. Views and sunset can bet nice here. At night the nearby road is noisy, as were some guests who were shouting and apparently enjoying the echo over de river. The huge ships are noisy, too, so you better bring earplugs. Some long stay guest are very territorial about the parts of the campsite they feel belonging to their caravan. Bikers and hikers are told to stay away from their fences and to beware of the dog. A dog barking and growling at you, while there is no other flat area to out up your tent. Sanitary facilities good and clean, but rather few. Only cash payments!

A true displeasure to stay here. Was treated like a dog by the reception staff, having arrived from a long days cycle in 40 degrees heat. No accomodations or hospitality was made, or bare minimum at best. Was hurried away in the morning too. The only saving craze was the local Italian Pizzeria, San Donato. The polar opposite of the campsite if you want a glowing review on that. Friendly staff and great food 👍

A basic campsite but such a beautiful stay, especially for travellers with a tent. The location was spectacular and right on the beachfront with a spectacular host and lovely people. Would stay again!

Nice location, but a lot of permanent "residence", we got a little bit of a squeezed spot, so it's full but at the same time no one. Didn't have any food anymore as it was the end of the season, but wasn't mentioned on the website. Facilities are clean!
