About Café Minouche
Minouche: Dein Café für Genuss & Gemütlichkeit
Located at Budapester Str. 6, 10787 Berlin, Café Minouche operates as a café serving Berlin in Berlin. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as frühstückslokal, brunch-restaurant, tortenbäckerei, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.
Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–8 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Café Minouche on 030 62879592; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, minouche.de.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 610 reviews, which is a strong result for a café in Berlin and suggests consistent service.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I chose the place after reading the reviews. Food was alright, nothing special. Was nice to have a tiny salad. Coffee wasn’t great. Service was quick. Place is right by a busy road, so it wasn’t super cozy outside, inside there is very little space, seemed more cozy.

The space inside is tight, but there is plenty of outdoor seating which makes for an enjoyable stop. The drinks and desserts I got were overall good. The apple pie was okay but not amazing. Whatever the other berry pastry is that I had, was delicious. Wish I knew the recipe.

A cute, smaller place for a quick snack, you can choose from different sandwiches and pastries. Unfortunately there were no sugarfree options when I was there.

The coziest little place for a rainy day. The cake was incredibly soft and moist, perfectly sweet without being overpowering. When the owner noticed I was reading, she thoughtfully turned on gentle instrumental music to soften the chatter from a nearby group. That small, considerate gesture made the whole experience feel warm and personal. I absolutely loved every moment here.

Small cozy, casual indoor dining area and larger outdoor dining area. Cafe style food and pastries. My coffee was good despite other reviewers stating it wasn’t and my small cheese and salad roll (looks bigger in the photo) very tasty. Ideal for a quick no fuss meal.
