München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

I was in a course of 4 weeks and this is my opinion. The German teachers are generally very good, as they provide dynamic and engaging classes. However, there are teachers like Bernardo, who teaches the A1 level, who clearly lack the skills needed to be effective instructors, both in terms of teaching and building positive relationships with students. He also shows favoritism toward certain students. The school should provide better training and professional development for its teachers.

The BWS in Munich is the best, not Cologne not Berlin, but Munich(München). Remember, Munich !!!!!! Come schnell 😏 The teachers are so good, especially a man called Axel. He is not a man but more than a man, A LEGEND! Silke, the teacher, she will unleash the might of German grammatik upon you. Brigitte, the teacher, very funny. The receptions are super nice and cool and smart and awesome, Iryna & Olga, they create a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere in the school. Nico, the school director, he has a very cool hairstyle. Sara, very helpful with all the general requests, she even gave me a free comic book in German! Asterix comic book. The one about Egypt. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but with BWS Munich, your German language skills will be built in a day. —— Steffi the intern AD 2025

Super Top a year ago

I studied at the school for a year, and it became the best year of my life. The teachers are not just tutors but also friends, with a unique way of teaching. The facilities are top-notch and are located in the best area of the city. The students you interact with are always open to meeting new people. I have been to 10 different language schools throughout my life, and without a doubt, this is the best school I have ever attended.
