I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience here. When I went to the counter to place my order, the employee immediately assumed that I was an Uber/delivery driver, even though I had given him no reason to make that assumption. As a person of Asian/Indian appearance, I found this extremely uncomfortable and felt that I was being racially profiled. I corrected him and explained that I was there as a customer. What made the experience even worse was that I was then served my drink in a reused cup. Being stereotyped based on appearance and then receiving this kind of service is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with the same respect regardless of their ethnicity, appearance, or presumed occupation. I hope the management takes this seriously, speaks with the staff involved, and ensures that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Burgers are really nice.. this is my second time visiting schlobstrasse store and we had a great time here.. also tried their chillic fries.. gonna visit again with my friends and family…

I ordered delivery and the French fries were (sorry but seriously) disgusting. It was a mix of olds and defectives.

I love this place. The food tastes great and the staff are genuinely friendly. The fries are particularly awesome, crispy and perfectly seasoned. And the burgers are actually small enough to bite into properly, which stupidly isn't a common thing anymore. Was there like 4 times last week

Had the Chilli Cheese Burger and a milkshake at Burgermeister Schloßstraße. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a nice spicy kick. The milkshake was creamy and delicious, making the meal even better. Fast service, fresh food, and great quality. Highly recommended! 🍔🥤👌
