Ich kann dieses Geschäft leider nicht empfehlen. Der Verkäufer ist den Kunden gegenüber regelmäßig unhöflich und respektlos. Außerdem telefoniert er ständig, anstatt sich den Kunden zu widmen. Ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang sollte selbstverständlich sein. Hier besteht leider deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Die Mitarbeiter waren zu mir immer sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Dagegen konnte ich schon einige Male recht genervte und patzige Kunden miterleben. Dass es für die Postannahme andere Zeiten gibt, ist mehr als verständlich.

Extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die dem Kunden das Gefühl vermittelt, dass es ein furchtbares Verbrechen sei, wenn er sie während ihrer Handyzeit stört. Begrüßung oder auch nur halbwegs respektvolles Verhalten gibt es hier nicht

Ein einziger Mitarbeiter arbeitet abends an der Kasse für die DHL. Die Schlange mit Menschen, die schwere Pakete abgeben möchten wird länger und länger. Da zwischendurch immer wieder Zigaretten und Lose verkauft werden, verzögert sich der Ablauf. Plötzlich heißt es: Sorry, 18 Uhr. Und die Schlange der Wartenden wird weggeschickt. Sehr frustierend.

Ich habe selten so unprofessionelles und unfreundliches Verhalten in einer Postfiliale erlebt. Der junge Mitarbeiter hier scheint keinerlei Interesse an seiner Arbeit zu haben. Zuerst hat er mir falsche Informationen über das benötigte Etikett für mein Paket gegeben, was später zu großen Problemen geführt hat. Als ich zurückkam, um das Problem zu klären, hat er sich geweigert zu helfen und war dabei noch genervt und unhöflich. Ich werde diese Filiale ganz sicher nicht mehr nutzen.
