About Breuninger Parkhaus

Breuninger Parkhaus is one of the parkhäuser & parkplätze listed in Nürnberg, Bayern. The business is registered at Josephspl. 3, 90403 Nürnberg; use this page to check its opening hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Cars in Germany need the main inspection (Hauptuntersuchung, by TÜV or DEKRA) every two years, and a workshop that handles it for you is worth keeping in your contacts. Ask for an itemised estimate before work starts, check whether the price includes labour and VAT, and ask whether original or aftermarket parts are used. A Vertragswerkstatt costs more than an independent workshop but keeps the manufacturer's warranty intact, and winter tyres are required whenever conditions are wintry.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0911 274240. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, e-breuninger.de.

Its Google rating stands at 3.1 out of 5 from 81 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Nürnberg, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

With me there were like 7 people that the ticket was not working. The option is to call to emergency service but the mobile has nos signal underground. So you go up to have the call done, but the service after working hours also was not good... you call it they say its open but it was not. More than 30 min to try to leave the parking... ouffff

Breuninger Parkhaus in Nürnberg is a convenient option for parking, especially if other nearby Parkhäuser are full. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before choosing this facility. Firstly, be aware of the opening times, as they might not align with your plans, particularly if you’re looking for early or late-hour parking. While the location is central and ideal for accessing the city’s shopping and attractions, the pricing is quite steep compared to other parking options in the area. That said, it serves as a reliable backup when other garages are full, but it would be great if the management reconsiders the pricing to make it more accessible and competitive. For now, it’s functional but comes at a premium.

Giving a poor review because I was there with my 5month old baby, and the elevator was broken so I had to push the stroller all the way up and back down when we left which was annoying not because of the walking necessarily, but because it was not safe. There was no “path” for pedestrians so I was fearful a car would come without seeing us. The elevator was broken when we arrived in the AM and by the time we left the city in the late afternoon, it was still broken.
