Heute war ich im BRAX-Store in den Riem Arcaden / Messestadt Ost. Ich war die einzige Kundin im Geschäft, hatte meinen Kinderwagen dabei und wollte mich erstmals zu einer BRAX-Hose beraten lassen. Leider war das Einkaufserlebnis sehr enttäuschend. Die Verkäuferin war die ganze Zeit mit dem Handy beschäftigt und hat sich laut mit ihrer Kollegin unterhalten. Eine wirkliche Beratung fand kaum statt. Jedes Mal, wenn sie mir eine Hose brachte, ging sie direkt wieder zurück zu ihrer Kollegin und setzte das Gespräch fort. Besonders befremdlich war die Situation in der Umkleidekabine: Ich habe nach der Verkäuferin gerufen, wurde aber nicht gehört, da sie mit ihrer Kollegin beschäftigt war. Gerade weil ich die einzige Kundin im Laden war, hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Service gewünscht – insbesondere, da ich BRAX bisher nicht kannte und auf Beratung gehofft hatte. Ich selbst komme aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich und weiß, wie wichtig guter Kundenservice ist. Umso enttäuschender war diese Erfahrung. Sehr schade – ich werde künftig lieber eine andere BRAX-Filiale besuchen.

Ich bin heute als glückliche Kundin aus diesem Geschäft gegangen. Die Damen waren beide sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und beraten. Sie nehmen sich die Zeit für Ihre Kundinnen. Ein dickes Lob! Qualität der Kleidung ist angenehm zu tragen! Ich freue mich über meine 6 erworbenen Teile.
