Nach 3 Jahren, dachte ich mir, ich muss jetzt auch mal eine Rezension für Bibi und ihre Kolleginnen da lassen. Wie bereits erwähnt, bin ich hier seit mittlerweile 3 Jahren Kundin und war erst gestern wieder da und bin (wie immer) überglücklich mit meiner neuen Frisur aus dem Laden spaziert. ☺️💇🏼‍♀️ Bibi ist mit Abstand DIE BESTE Friseurin die ich je hatte. Sie nimmt sich Zeit, ist cool, sagt einem ehrlich was geht und was nicht und führt zu 100% die Kundenwünsche nach vollster Zufriedenheit aus (so zumindest bei mir). Frauen und ihre Haare sind ja immer eine recht anspruchsvolle und eigene Angelegenheit - und deshalb bin ich unendlich happy, sie damals empfohlen bekommen zu haben! In ein paar Wochen ziehe ich über 120km (einfache Strecke) weg von München und ich werde trotzdem weiterhin zu Bibi gehen und die weite Anreise auf mich nehmen! Ich glaube, dass das alleine, schon für sich spricht. Die Damen hier, verstehen was von ihrem Handwerk! Einfach nur TOP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ich bin handwerklich und menschlich total enttäuscht. Ich war am 02.06.22 dort für blonde Strähnchen. Ich hatte darauf hingewiesen, dass ich während dem Lockdown selbst gefärbt hatte. Die Friseurin meinte, sie könne nicht blondieren, nur die hellste Farbe von Redken und Strähnchen machen. Ich stimmte zu und meinte, kein Problem, ich vertraue ihr, sie soll machen was möglich ist und sie für richtig hält. Am Abend wurden die Ansätze dann rötlich und am nächsten Tag waren sie orange und heute sind sie orange mit bananengelb. Heute war ich wieder im Laden und habe reklamiert, dass auch mit jeder Menge Silbershampoo das Orange und Bananengelb nicht weggeht , was sie jetzt vorschlägt, um dass zu reparieren. Sie meinte, dass kann sie nicht mehr reparieren, so muss ich jetzt halt rumlaufen! Ich fragte ob ich ein Orangeentfernungsshampoo nehmen kann und ob das wenigstens was bringt. Sie zuckte nur mit den Schulter und meinte: keine Ahnung. Ich bin echt sehr enttäuscht und werde den Laden nicht weiterempfehlen. Ein anderer Friseurladen konnte das Desaster, Gott sei dank, reparieren.
