Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

Opening hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. Its website is bnewable.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

It does not have a Google rating yet. That is common for new or small businesses and says nothing about quality; if you visit, leaving a review helps the next person who is weighing up the same choice.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
