I was there because my car got in accident and i went there to ask can they fix it and details about fixing car. People there were really nice to me. But when we were talking about car and fixing time and money, they didnt even check car by themselves, they just made assumptions of costs (they told huge number) by looking at picture that i took right after accident happened, i dont think it is very professional to tell people huge numbers only by picture. They didnt even check the car by themselves and told it is almost unfixable and if i want to fix it , will take more than 2 weeks. I was disappointed in this situation to be honest, because i went after to different service and they took my car to look what is wrong with it in one hour and fixed my car completely in 2 days and for so much less price than BMW told me .

I had a fantastic experience at the BMW dealership in Berlin! The staff was very professional and welcoming, and I was impressed by how well they spoke English, making everything much easier for an international customer like me. Their service was top-notch; they took the time to answer all my questions and provided great advice on my options. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!! Excellent customer service, even though I was making enquiries about a vehicle from abroad. Fulfilled all my requests including short video clips of both the inside and outside of the vehicle. All replies were prompt and written with a sense of excitement. Got me through the purchasing process in a stress free manner. He even send me a picture of the car leaving the dealership! Looking forward to receive the car in a few days! A job well done Mr Ralph Richter!

The picture perfectly demonstrates the kind of respect and customer care that this place has with the customers: that's the keychain they give you on your key after having several problems which will be described below. The car was purchased on the 30th of March and collected on the 16th of April after the registration process. On the delivery I was informed that the second key of the car was lost (which is totally absurd) and I should wait until up to end of May to "see if the key would be found again, otherwise a new one would be ordered". First point: How irresponsible can a dealership be to just lose the key of a car? They had two weeks to find the key or to order a new one and didn't need to bother the customer with such huge irresponsibility. After some time I was informed that the key was found and I should book an appointment to reactivate it on the car. I spent my time and fuel to go there just to be informed that the found key was not working and they would need to order a new one. Second point: How complex can it be to just verify if everything works as expected before making the customer spend their time going there just to find out the key doesn't work? On today's a
