Everything was great, from the check in until the check out of the car. I really felt like a BMW driver where everything was in the right place, you have an amazing place there. Especially Mr Emir Bilanovic did everything to help me with my car.

Our preferred BMW dealership and service centre in Munich. For the last 3 years we have always had good experience. Reception team is very friendly and helpful … Service team is extremely professional … Sales team very supportive and understanding.

I was looking to replace my previous car with a 5 Series. Thanks to the work and advice of Mr. Özdemir and BMW Automag, I was able to find the car I was looking for. The support provided by Mr. Özdemir and his team allowed me to register my car very quickly. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and left with the keys in my pocket before 11:00 a.m. Thank you again for your work and support!

He never rushed us and made sure we felt completely comfortable and informed. We visited several dealerships and interacted wi

Very disappointed, a very unpleasant experience. They sold me a car with hidden engine defects (traces of engine oil mixed with antifreeze) + other undisclosed ones. I canceled the purchase! Lack of professionalism and transparency from Stephan Mannseicher.
