Happened to stumble across this shop when walking round Cologne. My friend really wanted a Jellycat. Dennis was very helpful and super friendly. We must have spoke to him for at least 10 minutes. He was really knowledgeable about the products. The Christmas decoration in the shop was great. The little felt snowman bauble I bought will forever remind me our time in Cologne. Thank you 😊
