What a delightful experience, what gorgeous flowers! Picked Blumen die Leben based on their proximity to where I wanted flowers delivered. Fr. Siglow answered the phone, friendly and very professional. I was able to place my order very fast, and to my delight and surprise, the stunning bouquet was delivered in a little more than an hour. Thank you for an outstanding experience 🙏🏻

Very unfriendly!!! I went there and asked for a bouquette for a man. The lady just went to the other side and started making one, without even asking which flowers would I want!! She made colorfull bouquette , the same one I have bought for a girl who gave birth, few days earlier. After I asked her if it's possible to change the big pink flower in the middle AT LEAST, she was so rude and answered "We are not even OPEN today". She changed the flower, but that was it. So unfriendly. Now my kollege who is in this job 30 years today, has a lady flowers. Thanks for that.Never going back there again,sorry. No

Packed a wilted branch of olives with the flowers So I was in a rush in the morning buying a bouquet for a colleague and later I discovered that the olive brunch that was packed with the flowers was wilted and broken, quite unpleasant given the price.

I have mixed reviews on this store. One aspect is that it is a gorgeous shop, the people are obviously creative and good at what they do. It is mega expensive. Probably one of the most expensive flower shops in the city. Another aspect is that some of the staff can be nice and and some can be just cold as ice and rude. Ive had mixed both good and bad service experiences there which shouldn't be the case for a shop at this cost level. I bought flowers on Saturday, she showed me first what she created and I said I didn't want to pay for 3 roses and a forest of leaves and green for 35 euros, and infront of everyone her colleagues and customers included she smashed them down on the table. I felt like walking out there and then but I stayed and asked her nicely could she arrange some tulips for me for 43 euros. As well as that I bought the candle and table decoration for 270 euros a few weeks prior. I don't like the rude attitude and based on that I am not sure if I would return. But if you do wish to spend lots of money you will get a gorgeous creation.
