Kompetent, freundlich, faire Preise und rasend schnell Da die Lenkung meines alten rostigen Hollandrades von jetzt auf gleich blockiert hat, brauchte ich dringend Abhilfe. Ich musste auf der telefonischen Suche nach einem Fahrradladen feststellen: Es geht entweder niemand ans Telefon, es werden keine Reparaturen oder grundsätzlich keine Hollandräder angenommen oder die Reparaturzeiten dauern ewig. Nicht so bei Biking. Der nette Schrauber rief mich binnen 2 Minuten zurück und fragte nach meinem Anliegen. Ich konnte das Rad sofort (!!!) vorbeibringen und konnte es gar nicht fassen, als er meinte, ich könne das Rad dann am nächsten oder übernächsten Tag abholen, er ruft mich an. Hat er gemacht und wie vereinbart das Lenkgestänge ausgetauscht, die Bremsen erneuert und im Rahmen der vereinbarten Inspektion unzählige Kleinigkeiten mit erledigt (Lampe versetzt und justiert, Schutzblech gerichtet und fixiert, lose Schrauben festgezogen usw usw)- das alles für 170,- Euro, was angesichts des desolaten Zustandes meines Rades ein mehr als fairer Preis ist. Da werde ich zukünftig immer hingehen

I don't recommend anyone to go there. I went there to replace the tube of rear tyre and he said he will charge 30 euro and i was okay with it. And I requested him to try to fix it before 3:00 pm and when i called at 2:00 just to get update, he responded in very rude way that stop calling otherwise he cannot finish it. His way of speaking was very rude. And when i went there to pick it up, he charged me 35 euros and i said why he said he did extra work to fix brakes. I said okay, for 100m bike work okay but after that it was running so heavy. Because of him, i cannot work today and tomorrow.

Sehr nett, kompetent und schnell. Bin immer zufrieden und gehe nur noch hierhin mit Reparaturen oder um Fahrradartikel zu kaufen!

Freundliche und kompetente Beratung, schnelle Reparatur und alles zu fairen Preisen. Ich war schon mehrmals in Zeitnot, konnte mein Rad kurzfristig abgeben und am selben Tag oder Folgetag vormittags wieder abholen. Tolle Werkstatt, die ich nur empfehlen kann.
