Opening hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 08:30–18:00. On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 123 reviews, which is a strong result for a gesundheitsberater in Berlin and suggests consistent service.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had a bike fit with Thomas in 2025 and it was excellent from start to finish. He solved the discomfort I had been dealing with for months through a detailed and very professional session (flexibility tests, video analysis, pressure mapping, the full package). His recommendations were spot on and the written report he provides after the session is incredibly thorough. Thomas clearly knows what he's doing and takes the time to explain everything. Highly recommended for anyone looking to ride more comfortably or efficiently.

I booked a pre-purchase bike sizing consultation for long-distance bikepacking, with the explicit goal of testing and comparing a shortlist of gravel bike geometries dynamically on the fit bike before committing to a purchase. This goal was clearly established in writing and verbally before booking. The process initially appeared very thorough, with an extensive pre-consultation questionnaire and a personable practitioner. However, the session itself was a disappointment in two key ways: 1. Static vs dynamic testing and sales focus Despite my primary objective, the service felt much more focused on deriving a riding position from static body measurements than on evaluating my shortlisted bikes dynamically. I had explicitly requested to skip the shoe portion of the fit to focus on geometry. Despite this, a significant portion of the €200 session was spent on insistent recommendations and pricing discussions for cycling shoes, which felt disproportionately sales-oriented rather than client-focused. 2. The report and lack of rationale The post-consultation support was equally underwhelming. I was told I would “get everything in the report,” but the document was extremely sparse. W

Been a couple years since my fit. In retrospect this was a huge waste of money. I spent close to EUR1000 for a fit, new shoes, saddle and insole. Inspite of the "data" the recommended Gebiomized saddle did not work well for me. After a few trials, I ended up on an Ergon saddles which fits me way better and is super comfortable. My feet were measured and I was suggested a size 46 regular width Lake shoe. This is the wrong size based on Lake's website. Turns out 45 Wide is a way better fit. So I have been using padding at the rear end of my shoes to make them fit me better as they are a bit too long. The only good thing that came out of this was the insoles. I like them a lot. I was a relative beginner to gravel cycling back then so i just trusted everything that was recommended. Big mistake. The whole session seems to be setup to sell me stuff, especially saddles and shoes. Cant recommend. Save your money, try something else. For me personally, experimenting with inexpensive used parts has worked way better than a bike fit like this. Edit: (Responding to Thomas's reply.) I never got email replies from you this fast when i asked clarifying questions, especially about the shoe

I had a bike fit with Thomas in Sep-Oct 2024 on my new road bike. I am very happy with the process and his attention to detail. He was explaining every step of the fit to me, showing all the time how my body behaves off and on the bike, and why. There’s a lot of photos and videos made in the process which show before/after states very clearly. I felt like Thomas is very customer-focused and he cares a lot about the outcomes. Can happily recommend it to other people.

We're lucky to have several professional bike fitting services available in Berlin and after a few days of research I booked a free consultation with Thomas at Bike Academy. I noticed that many other sites encourage you to book/checkout right away and I appreciate that Bike Academy takes the time to ensure a good match between your needs and the services offered before confirming an appointment. Thomas was very friendly over the phone during the consultation. We spent about 15m talking about my cycling history, current bike, and goals for the visit. We ended the call with an appointment confirmed and about a week later I traveled down to their relaxed studio in Berlin-Zehlendorf. I was greeted with a warm welcome and spent the next three hours going through different phases of the bike fit with Adam, a bike fitting specialist, which included an assessment of my flexibility, video captures, dynamic pressure point mapping, and various adjustments of the bike components. Combining all of these inputs with my feedback, Adam was able to build up an informed picture of my fit to inform potential changes. We adjusted the handlebar tilt, saddle tilt, and seat height. We identified that
