München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Food is nice but far from authentic. Great to see homemade large pasta - it gives a nice chew and good flavor - but the Sichuan touch was missing from the plate: very mild spiciness and no numbing sensation from the pepper. The wait was also quite long before the dish arrived but the waitress was very friendly. Overall, it feels like the restaurant is still in its “rodage” phase, with potential once the details are fine-tuned.

The service here is extremely slow — only one waiter and one cook, and we waited over an hour to get our food. The burger was average at best, and the fries were quite dry and didn’t taste fresh. In my opinion, this place is rated much higher than it deserves. Not recommended — definitely overrated. Overall, a disappointment.

Service and atmosphere are on top, but food is just good. And I’d say the price is too high: burger + fries and drink quite easily go above 25€ I’d say this place is good, but there are better burgers in Munich. For fries lovers this place is definitely a must!

Great little burger place, for a spontaneous meal. Food seems to be of good quality, and was well prepared. The meat was ordered medium, was it was pretty well done, which is okay, better over than undercooked when it comes to meat. The bread was also good. Sate fries were a bit strange, peanut sauce on fries. The peanut sauce though was really well made, and probably would be really great on a grilled chicken burger. The fries themselves were good. Service was great, among the best I've experienced in Munich. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick.

King Loui, an American burger place with bohemian-style decor, exudes a unique and inviting atmosphere. The creativity and attention to detail in the decor and style make it a truly enjoyable dining spot. What sets this place apart are the exotic burgers with cool and quirky names, like the "My Heart will Goat On," which showcases goat cheese and is playfully named after a popular song. The menu is filled with bold and innovative burger ideas, and the overall quality of the food is commendable. I had the pleasure of trying a burger that included pineapples, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise. The combination of flavors worked harmoniously, and the taste was exceptional. It's evident that King Loui isn't afraid to experiment with new and exciting ingredients to create one-of-a-kind burgers. The only downside to the experience was the location of the restaurant, which is very close to a busy street. The noise from the traffic somewhat took away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. While the burgers were outstanding, the wings, unfortunately, arrived cold. This was a bit disappointing, as it impacted the overall enjoyment of the dish. Nevertheless, the drinks offered w
