In einer Zeit, in der man selbst kaum weiß, was richtig ist, hätten wir uns keine bessere Begleitung wünschen können. Wir wurden vom ersten Moment an unglaublich herzlich, einfühlsam und kompetent beraten. Uns wurden alle Möglichkeiten in Ruhe aufgezeigt und erklärt, ohne uns jemals zu etwas zu drängen oder uns das Gefühl zu geben, eine bestimmte Entscheidung treffen zu müssen. Stattdessen wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, mitgedacht und sich immer die Zeit genommen, die wir gerade gebraucht haben. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die unglaubliche Flexibilität und Erreichbarkeit. Alles wurde sehr zeitnah möglich gemacht, Fragen wurden jederzeit beantwortet und wir hatten immer das Gefühl, nicht einfach nur „Kunden“ zu sein, sondern in einer sehr schweren Zeit wirklich begleitet und aufgefangen zu werden. Die Unterstützung ging dabei weit über das hinaus, was wir von einem Bestattungsunternehmen erwartet hätten. Es wurde an Dinge gedacht, an die wir selbst niemals gedacht hätten, und wir wurden mit so viel Herz, Ruhe und Menschlichkeit begleitet, wie ich es mir schöner nicht hätte wünschen können.
