Bernhard hat mir in einer schweren psychischen Phase spontan einen Termin eingeräumt und mir damit sehr geholfen. Während meines Klinikaufenthaltes waren wir telefonisch in Kontakt und danach konnte ich sofort wieder in seine Praxis kommen. Herr Wuthe findet die richtige Balance zwischen Empathie und Pragmatismus und hat mir schon früher bei vertrackten Themen in seiner gewohnt ruhigen Art geholfen. Dank Bernhard habe ich wieder gelernt auf mich und meine Fähigkeiten zu vertrauen, Grenzen klar zu spüren und zu kommunizieren. Er hat mir direkt und unkompliziert aus der akuten Krise geholfen und steht auch nach den direkten Sitzungen bei akuten Problemen oder Supervision zur Seite. Die Kontaktaufnahme und weitere Zusammenarbeit war ausnahmslos sehr empathisch, liebevoll, extrem hilfreich, qualitativ top und auf Augenhöhe. Ich kann Bernhard mit bestem Gewissen fachlich wie menschlich als großartigen Therapeuten weiterempfehlen!

Ich hatte jahrelang das Gefühl ziellos umherzuirren. Die Verbindung zu mir selbst war abgerissen. Ich hatte keinen Zugang zu meinen Gefühlen. Wo meinen Grenzen waren, war mir nicht mehr klar. Ich wusste nicht mehr was meine Ziele und meine Träume sind. Ich funktionierte. Mit Bernhard Wuthe habe ich einen Therapeuten an meiner Seite, der mich auf meinem Weg stützt und leitet. Er hält einem humorvoll, klar und einfühlsam den Spiegel vor. Jedes Treffen ist respektvoll und ein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Manchmal mit einem Augenzwinkern. Dank ihm kam ich wieder an meine Gefühlswelt heran, traue mich Emotionen zu zeigen und merke wieder wo ich Grenzen setzten muss.
