Wir hatten Herrn von Braunbehrens aufgesucht, um eine Erbstreitigkeit zu klären. Wir haben uns sehr gut beraten gefühlt und hatten in ihm sowohl menschlich als auch fachlich jemanden an unserer Seite, der einem mit seinem umfangreichen Wissen, mit viel Sicherheit und Ruhe durch diese schwierige Zeit gebracht hat. Man konnte die Erbstreitigkeiten zu aller Zufriedenheit abschließen und ad acta legen. Rechtsanwalt von Braunbehrens hat mich erstklassig und umfassend beraten, wir sind in nur 1 Stunde zu einem guten Ergebnis gekommen. Er war mit den von mir vorab zuschickten Unterlagen bereits betraut, d.h. er kam vorbereitet ins Gespräch. Es war eine sehr angenehme Zusammenarbeit wobei mich auch die Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit seiner Kanzlei erfreut hat. Ich kam zu ihm nach einem äußerst unbefriedigenden Gespräch mit einem anderen Fachanwalt für Erbrecht, der unvorbereitet war und die Rechtslage für meinen Fall überhaupt nicht erkannt hatte. Ich bin sehr froh das ich dann die richtige Empfehlung über Bekannte bekam.

Herr von Braunbehrens hat mich fachlich im Erbrecht, auch in komplizierten Angelegenheiten, immer besonders gut beraten. Er versteht es, komplexe juristische Themen auf die wesentlichen Punkte für Laien verständlich zu erklären. Dies alles in äußerst angenehmer Atmosphäre. Ich habe Herrn Rechtsanwalt von Braunbehrens mit der Gestaltung einer – zumindest aus meiner Sicht – komplizierten Testamentgestaltung beauftragt. Herr von Braunbehrens hat in der Bearbeitung genau die Knackpunkte herausgearbeitet und meinen Erben in steuerlicher Hinsicht viel Geld gespart. Ich bin persönlich und fachlich hochzufrieden und kann Herrn Rechtsanwalt von Braunbehrens nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
