Sehr angenehme Planungskollegen! Wir als Tragwerksplaner arbeiten sehr gern mit Michael Spriegel zusammen. Immer freundschaftlich und auf Augenhöhe im Team. Das kommt dem Kunden zugute und das Projekt macht Spaß. Das Baushaus-Büro ist echt zu empfehlen, bei Umbau oder Neubau... immer wirtschaftliche und ansprechende Lösungen im Blick, auch wenn es für uns Statiker oft Herausforderungen bedeuten. "Gute Architektur kostet genauso viel, wie schlechte..." ist meiner Erfahrung nach ein sehr guter Slogan von Michael Spriegel und seinem Team vom Baushaus - im Übrigen ein sehr wichtiges S an der Stelle - eben BauShaus. Michael plant extrem gut - auch und gerade in der so wichtigen Verdichtung bei Gebäuden im Bestand. Aber auch denkmalgeschützte Gebäude kann er gut. Neubau und Sanierung sowieso. Wir arbeiten an verschiedenen Projekten und sind mit Michael Spriegel und Baushaus hoch zufrieden. Hannes Recker - Raum-K GmbH

Gute Architektur kostet nicht mehr als schlechte Architektur, das gilt besonders, wenn es um barrierefreies Wohnen geht. Herr Spriegel hat für eine Mandantin in kurzer Zeit gleich mehrere sinnvolle Lösungen für den behindertengerechten Umbau des Familienheims auf engem Raum vorgestellt, nachdem ein anderer Architekt an der Aufgabe gescheitert war. Wir können Herrn Spriegel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
