For public services in Bayern, confirm which office handles your matter and what to bring before you travel, since the Bürgeramt, the Ausländerbehörde and the Finanzamt deal with different paperwork. Stations and airports post timetables on site and in the DB Navigator app, and it is wise to allow extra time at the start of the school holidays and around Christmas, when the whole country is on the move.
Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–6 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. Its website is dompfarreiengemeinschaft.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 155 reviews, which is a strong result for a kirchen in Regensburg and suggests consistent service.
Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Regensburg, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

the Basilik itself dated originally to the 8th century, but destroyed and rebuilt over the years. it was also part of the big complex with the Thurn castle and the royal stables along side the old monastery and the tower. the interior is old dated to that romanesque era, the altars and the Burials are well decorating the area. underneath the church you will find the Burial of St. Wolfgang which had a large impact on the Building and on the religious behaviour back then.

Very nice "Basilika", it's beautiful and well decorated. Has access to the castle near there, but I don't recommend it
