Seit 1970 habe ich die Wohngebäude Versicherung bei der Gothaer nun kommt aus dem nichts ohne Schaden eine Kündigung und auf Nachfrage unter welcher Voraussetzung ich den Vertrag fortsetzen könnte teilte man mir mit man wolle die Wohngebäudeversicherungen abstoßen. Die Beiträge seit 1970 hat die Gesellschaft aber gerne genommen! Hier kann ich nur raten geht zu einer anderen Gesellschaft bevor sie euch auch kündigen!

Als langjährige Kundin der Gothaer ist die Abwärtsspirale deutlich erkennbar . Die Erstattungen dauern bis zu 6 Wochen bei einer Zahnzusatzversicherung. Wer über keine finanziellen Reserven verfügt , benötigt diese Versicherung nicht . Der einzig positive Faktor ist mein Ansprechpartner vor Ort . Freundlich , kompetent und bemüht . Schade , dass langjährige, zuverlässige Kunden nicht geschätzt werden . Stets die Preise anziehen aber keinen Service bieten .

A client of this insurance company crashed into my car. It has been more than 1.5 months, and although the company keeps saying they will send the payment, I still haven’t received anything. Their process is extremely slow and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with how they handle claims.

One of the most dodgy insurance company in the world. I dont understand how BaFin can authorize such companies. Ohhhh I almost forgotten Wirecard - BaFin case. Christian Loock is one of the persons from Gothaer who is paid to not settle the compensations. I would never insure my property with this company.
