BAND Architektur

Located at Kochelseestraße 10, 81371 München, BAND Architektur operates as an architekten serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as bauplaner, innenarchitekt, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

Opening hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 9 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach BAND Architektur on 089 244076700; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, band-architektur.com.

It has a Google rating of 5.0 out of 5, though from only 1 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
