Beste Massage in München! Ich leide seit Jahren unter starken Verspannungen im Schulter- und Nackenbereich, die bis in den linken Arm ausstrahlen – inklusive Spannungskopfschmerzen. Ich habe wirklich alles ausprobiert: orthopädische Abklärung ohne Befund, Physiotherapie, Spritzen, Chiropraktik… nichts hat nachhaltig oder überhaupt geholfen. Zusätzlich habe ich regelmäßig Rückenübungen gemacht – leider ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Bis ich die Triggerpunktmassage bei Sascha entdeckt habe: Schon nach der zweiten Behandlung war ich ganze vier Wochen komplett schmerzfrei und ohne Einschränkungen! Seitdem komme ich regelmäßig einmal im Monat. Wenn ihr ähnliche Beschwerden habt und bisher nichts geholfen hat – probiert es unbedingt aus!

Sehr wohltuenende Massage. Sascha hat genau die richtige Intensität für mich getroffen, so dass ich einen positiven spürbaren Effekt danach hatte. Man fühlt sich sehr gut bei ihm aufgehoben. Die Atmosphäre dort war zudem absolut entspannt und angenehm.

Am Sonntag, den 04.10.25 hatte ich bei Sascha den Massagekurs "Brasilianische Lymphdrainage" im Massagezentrum "Balance of Touch" besucht - und bin begeistert! Mit viel Fachkompetenz, Geduld und einer wunderbaren ruhigen Art hat Sascha mir alles verständlich und praxisnah vermittelt. Besonders toll fand ich auch, dass er immer wieder wertvolle Tipps aus andere Massagetherapien einfließen ließ, die alle das Wohlbefinden der Klienten zusätzlich steigern können. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair und nach der Schulung fühlt man sich sofort sicher, die brasilianische Lymphdrainage selbst anzuwenden. Wer sich für diese Massage interessiert, ist bei Sascha genau richtig - ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Karin aus Bad Wörishofen

Sascha was great with the Ayurvedic massage. He listened to my requests to go deep, and gave me some suggestions for stretches and trigger points to target with the ball to give myself relief on my own. He also introduced me to cupping massage, which felt very nice. His prices were fair and I appreciated his attention to the knots in my shoulders. A great treat, I'll be back when I come back to München for sure :)
