The chill, relaxed vibe makes this place a stunning gay place to visit during this summertime. The pool terrace area connected to the bar is the selling point of this place. I have a really good time to enjoy everything. The dark room is dark and clean, well-equipped everytime I come. You can find more comfy and light-adjusted room at the upper floor also. Jacuzzi and steam room are also nice, just wish the area of the steam room could be bigger.

Lost my passport and Tobias helped me search through the trash for over an hour. The staff was super nice/respectful and even offered me a shower and water. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!!!

One of the best saunas in the world. All shapes and sizes, so no one should feel body conscious. Relaxing by the pool with a cold beer on a hot Cologne afternoon, pretty close to perfection. Also I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely drop by next time I'm in Cologne. Thanks.

Friendly staff, very clean (always people running around collecting trash), very nice pool area especially if its sunny, drinks and food are reasonably priced. Mixed crowd, would definitely recommend.

Yesterday was my birthday Since one gets in free on one’s birthday, I decided to go to Babylon Sauna, in Köln. The place was very much as it’s described on the website. The cellar area is vast and divided up into a fun maze of little cruising areas. A maze/steam room lies beside a very large hot pool, and there are fun showers. The ground floor has a very nice lounge with a vaulted ceiling and bar, and outside there is a very large cold pool, around which lots of naked men lounged in the sun. The upstairs area contains the only public drinking water, in a little wall fountain. More crushing areas are set up around luxury cabins designed for those who want to stay longer, and possibly sleep. One of the nicest things about Babylon is that there is no thunderingly loud music blasting all the time. Most areas are quite silent. The man on the door/bar was named Chris, and he was extremely pleasant and friendly, and happy to chat about this and that when his duties permitted. The gentlemen were polite, very friendly, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I would definitely go back again.

I visited this sauna on January 20th, 2026. I had a great experience, and a staff member named Tubi (sorry if I got the name wrong!) was very helpful as well. Thanks for everything, I’ll definitely visit again soon.

Visited Babylon Sauna for the first time yesterday. (Friday 30.01) Overall experience was great! Very spacious and clean. The disappointing thing was that it was not busy at all for a friday night. (After 00:00) My suggestion to improve the experience. (On quiet evenings / nights) Give guest a re-entry ticket. (At least, when asked for it.) So you can have the chance to come back within 6 hrs (orso) and get more out of your 28€ entree fee. Staff was friendly (and cute). Will definitely come back to this sauna. Can only imagine how much fun it will be when it is packed. ☺️😋

Went to the sauna a couple of times during The Bear Pride weekend. It was really busy on all days but the atmosphere was brilliant. As the temperature was cool it was a joy to be able to use the dry sauna (especially at infusion time, when they add aromatics) and then go out into the cold air. Some guys dipped in the cold pool. I preferred not to have a heart attack :) Place has everything you could wish for in a Sauna and is kept spotlessly clean. Staff are attentive (even in the middle of a Bear invasion!). Look forward to visiting again when I'm back in Cologne.
