AWO Kinderhaus Kleiner Globus

Located at Weißenburgstraße 38, 97082 Würzburg-Zellerau, AWO Kinderhaus Kleiner Globus operates as a kita serving Würzburg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Choosing a Kita, school or course means looking at the curriculum, group sizes, staff qualifications and the fee schedule, including what is not covered. Kita places are scarce in most cities, so register early, often before the child is born, through the municipal portal or directly with the Kita, and ask about the Kita-Gutschein or fee subsidy where your city offers one. Primary schools (Grundschulen) enrol by catchment area, while the choice between Gymnasium, Realschule and Gesamtschule comes after year four.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7:30 am–4:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0931 44052. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is kleiner-globus.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

It has a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5, though from only 2 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

Würzburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
